Club Professional - Andrew Turner

Ilkley Golf Club's Head Professional, Andrew Turner, joined the Club in March 2023 having previously been the Head Professional at Knaresborough Golf Club for 14 years. Prior to that he spent time coaching golfers of all abilities in both the UK and Switzerland and played to a very high standard on the Sunshine Tour in South Africa, the Alps Tour in Europe and also earned a start on the European Tour.

Andrew is widely regarding as one of the best Club Professionals in the North of England.

Archie Rowntree is Assistant Professional and recently joined the Club in May 2024. Archie is just starting his journey as a PGA Professional and will shortly be starting the PGA training programme.

Andrew is also available for individual and group coaching sessions with lessons available on our practice ground, putting green, the course on indoor swing studio.
