Braised Shin Beef, a real traditional cut of been, gently cooked until meltingly tender, served in a sauce made from cooking Liquor finished with cream and cracked black pepper, topped with straw potatoes £8.75
Chicken Breast Wrapped in Smoked Bacon, Field Mushrooms Filled with creamed leeks, red wine sauce £8.25
Braised Lamb Shank, cooked until the meat falls from the Bone, served in a rich, meaty gravy with Red Wine, Rosemary, Onion, Celery and Carrot £10.50
