Ilkley Golf Club : Club Rules

The organiser of the Society/Corporate Golf Day is requested to bring the following Conditions relating to visiting parties to the attention of all the guests. We hope that this will help to ensure that you all have an enjoyable and trouble free golf day.

Payment must be made to the Professional prior to play, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary when booking the day.

A deposit of £5 per head is required to secure the booking. The balance of the green fee for each player will be payable on the day. The Club reserves the right to withhold the deposit if your numbers are severely reduced from those originally booked.

Please note that the tee is reserved for members up to 9.30 am and between 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm.
Visiting Parties must play from yellow tees (Gents) or red tees (Ladies).

To minimize disruption, Texas Scramble or Four Ball individual medal play is not allowed without consent from the Secretary. Please note that Ilkley Golf Club accepts no responsibility for any prize given outside the rule laid down by the R&A.

The club does not allow training shoes or denim jeans to be worn on the course or in the clubhouse.
Knee length tailored shorts with KNEE LENGTH SOCKS or SHORT WHITE SOCKS are permitted during the summer months.
Jackets and ties must be worn in the dining room after 7.00 pm. (all day Sunday in the dining room) AND at all time in the Card Room.
The use of MOBILE PHONES on the course and in the clubhouse is NOT PERMITTED.

Confirmation of final numbers will be required seven days before your visit. Any reductions to your final catering numbers must be notified 48 hours prior to your visit otherwise the Club reserves the right to make a full charge.
